Our Family Rentals range from an elegant one bedroom apartment to comfortable and roomy three bedroom houses.  You can choose from village or country accommodations.  All are an easy drive on our rural roads to Cooperstown, Dreams Park, Baseball World, and All Star Village.

	Goey Pond Cabin Weekly - $650 Total peace and privacy and only eight minutes (5 miles) to Dreams Park. A five minute drive through the woods takes you to good fishing at Goey Pond!
	Millrace Place Weekly - $750 A lawn leading down to the Schenevus Creek allows for fishing for your dinner, and barbecuing on the back deck overlooking the creek!
	Amy's Apartments 2 Bedroom Apt Weekly - $550 3 Bedroom Apt Weekly - $750 This bright and cheerful 3 bedroom, one bath apartment in the tiny village of Mt. Vision is located about 10 minutes from All Star Village and 20 minutes to Dreams Park.

	Anita's Acres Weekly - $1,500 A newly and beautifully renovated 100 year old farmhouse on a quiet road less than 15 minutes from Dreams park.

	Butternut Creek Cottage Weekly - $900 Great views of farmland, horses and hills at Butternut Creek Cottage. The Garrattsville Country Store is just two miles south of the cottage.

	My Friend's Place Weekly - $1,250 Only 4 miles from the center of Oneonta, but boasts two great areas for hiking - Emmons Pond Bog (a Nature Conservancy Preserve) and the Audubon Society Sanctuary!
	Lakeview Pines Weekly - $1,250 Lakeview Pines is a newly renovated three bedroom, two and a half bath cottage in the Goodyear Lake community, just a very short walk to lake access.

All of our accommodations are geared towards the family - whether it be baseball camp families, family reunions, or vacations.  Our reasonable weekly rates are listed with each facility.
